First time I went in, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Got a battery and cartridge. Unfortunately the moment that I used it, the mouthpiece came off and the oil seeped out everywhere. Total mess, I was so disappointed. I went back to Farmhouse the next day and they were so kind about it, super apologetic and they exchanged everything no questions asked. Product issues happen outside of the store's control, I get that. I'm really happy with how it was handled, I'll definitely be back.

Great experience at Farmhouse Cannabis. Wide selection of bud as well as accessories. Decor is warm and welcoming, even new smokers could easily navigate the store. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful!

Ok so i have recently moved to buying from this store in the last few month and im beyond happy. I used to use a place down the street for the last 3 years since i first moved to burlington but they closed. Im someone who once i get good service I will never leave. This is my new spot and i wont be going anywhere. The service is amazing and some of them already know my name which makes me feel right at home. I love the look of the store too and it always smells amazing.
